Breakfast was included and you could pick from 2 different caffes where you wanted to have your breakfast with no limits in ordering. The staff was very helpful and ready to answer questions at any time. I really liked the easy check-in and check-out and access on premises.

I D'A Charming Penthouse - LAKE VIEW- Como- House-130 mt-2 double bedrooms and 2 double bathrooms a spacious living room-Full equipped kitchen-Private garden and terrace-Private covered... The host, Irina, met us on arrival and gave us lots of useful information about the apartment and locality. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and the kitchen and rooms were well equipped. There is a local supermarket a short distance away and frequent bus services into Como centre as the car parks fill up quickly. The views from the windows towards the lake and hills are fantastic. The washing machine wasn't working but Irina did offer to do our washing if needed. Irina was friendly and approachable. She had provided several guides to the local area that were useful.

And, in fact, Madame's presence is even more wonderful. I was truly healed by her loving smile and support. In the end, I felt so comfortable that I was sad to go home. Everybody working at this beautiful hotel is nice and efficient. This place must be idyllic in the spring and summer.
