The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Ginna was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay – she made us feel very welcome. When we wanted to rent a scooter, she organized everything for us within half an hour, which made things so easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time on Ischia and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Marta was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.. Great restaurant recommendations, provided us with a beach umbrella, bus info, simple breakfast provisions for our first morning as we arrived late evening the day before, helped organize a taxi to the port on our last day and generally being very responsive on whatsapp when things arose. Our apartment had a spacious patio and view of the ocean...so peaceful, the sunset was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and well equipped, we made several meals here and enjoyed the pool, loungers, sauna and the terrace. Cleaning service was provided halfway through our stay, extra towels etc..strong air conditioning and laundry facilities were great. A 10 minute walk down a short cut to Citara beach, we did this daily. The bus stop at the end of the street was very convenient for getting around the island. Marta was also very kind to my children, 9 and 11-year-old boys, which is always appreciated. We spent a week here, the end of a long trip around Italy, and it really was the best way to finish our vacation.

He was available 24/7 for any question or need — from local recommendations to small requests — always kind, responsive, and warm. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication anywhere. Very unique! The villa itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, and fully equipped to cook like at home. The mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful and covers the entire property — a true blessing in summer! The view? Stratospheric — sweeping, serene, and unforgettable. The silence and peace around the house made it the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool is the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the lush garden is maintained daily, looking pristine every day of our stay. A special shout-out to Assunta, the housekeeper, who is a true gem! She visited daily to clean and maintain the villa, and change all towels and all sheets every 3 days!!! something we’ve never experienced at any other holiday home before. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. ❤️ We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us agreed: this is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The combination of the location, comfort, service, and above all, Carlo’s outstanding hospitality, made this a home away from home in every sense. If you’re lucky enough to find availability at Villa Araucaria — book it without hesitation.

Each guest has a private apartment and bathroom with a small kitchenette. The residence is in a private, tropical botanical garden with a beautiful swimming pool. Breakfasts (and other meals) are in a beautiful open air covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and palm trees. Recommend the mezza pensione/half board in which dinner is included. The dinners include several antipasti/appetizers, a primo/pasta, a secondo/meat which was usually fresh local fish, dessert, and wine made by the owners. Very good value for the money and everything was freshly made at the moment! A bonus: the best beach on Ischia, San Francesco, is an easy 10-minute walk from the residence. Will definitely return! The staff is like family!
