The tent is really nice, the jacuzzi in front, the delicious breakfast, and the views are stunning! The staff is friendly and kind. The entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, until we checked out, Giacomo and his team were friendly, helpful and kind. They even surprised us with a lovely breakfast on our doorstep to celebrate carnivale. The location was perfect and we will definitely be back.

After having an awful experience at another place in Piombino, we had to leave immediately and find somewhere to stay last minute in high season and we’re so grateful we found this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and exactly what we needed after a very very stressful day. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — a true breath of fresh air. The whole hotel had a calm, well-kept atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Everyone we interacted with was kind and efficient, and even though we could only stay one night (as they were fully booked after), we would have happily stayed longer. Also worth mentioning — the prices for poolside snacks and drinks were fair and reasonable, which is refreshing to see at a hotel, especially after such a last-minute booking. The property was filled with trees and flowers that smelled so good. This stay turned our day around and reminded us what good hospitality looks like. Highly recommend!

The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and kind to us. She gave us a lot of advice on activities in the area which was very helpful as we aren’t from here. The room was very clean and nice to stay in especially for the prices! The food at the restaurant was also to die for!
