In short — this place is paradise. There’s absolutely no reason to stay anywhere else. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, but I’ve never felt this kind of joy. Everything here is magical. Francesco and Concetta are the most charming, caring, and hospitable hosts you could meet — they made every moment of our four-day stay an absolute pleasure. From the second we drove up the gravel driveway lined with cypress trees and were greeted personally by Francesco (he waited outside to welcome us!), we knew we had chosen the right place. The property is stunning — with beautiful rooms and cottages scattered across vast grounds surrounded by forest, vineyards, and olive trees. Every corner reveals thoughtful details: a wooden bench overlooking the hills, cozy couches beneath sunshades, and lanterns that glow softly at night. The sense of aesthetics here is truly remarkable. They offer a lovely breakfast with local cheeses and meats, great coffee, baked goods and natural juices. It’s served in a beautiful and elegant dining hall that has a lovely fireplace and seating area, chess boards and books. You could easily spend days just wandering the estate, exploring the forest, and soaking in the views. Lucignano is also perfectly located, within 30–60 minutes of countless Tuscan highlights. If you want to experience true Tuscan charm, warm hospitality, and breathtaking surroundings — stay here.

The jacuzzi with the great view on our own porch was awesome. The location is secluded in between olive and wine fields. The staff was very nice and allowed us to switch our bungalow to a one with a better view. We were there in October and were alone.

Our hostess, Sonja, and her entire staff were super helpful. When we had trouble navigating the streets to their location, Sonja came and picked us up at the municipal plaza, and one of her staff members parked our car in a more accessible parking lot. Although the staff did not speak English (Sonja does) they ministered to our every need using Google translate. The B&B is beautifully decorated with all modern features.

The food was another highlight—delicious, beautifully presented, and full of fresh flavors. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat. This place is a rare find, and I couldn’t recommend it more. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back.

The charming boutique studio room exceeded our expectations with its picturesque view from the terrace. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities was impeccable making our stay comfortable. The hospitality and service provided by our hostess added an extra layer to our comfort. We highly recommend this suite looking for a peaceful retreat.
