The location is fantastic. We could walk to the ocean and it was only a 15 minute drive to the airport. The house was very clean, and although it's simple it has exactly what you need. From the outside the house looks older, but everything on the inside has been remodelled very recently. The view out the back floor to ceiling windows was exceptional. We watched the horses, watched the huge waves crash onto the shore and watched the sun slowly set. The host prepared the house for us very quickly and even provided a bed. He offered to turn the hot tub on, but we declined. For a one night stay before the airport, it was exactly what we needed.

We loved our stay at the apartment, it was so cozy and warm. The hot tub was amazing, the kitchen was fully equipped - the host keeps all left over groceries there, so you could use some pasta, sauces, spices, etc. The bathroom was also stocked with tampons, hair spray and left over cosmetics. Everything about the property was absolutely AMAZING. Location was quiet and out of a dream, the cottage itself and everything you need and more, it was so well stocked and well equipped. The hot tub was so so so nice and easy to use - shoutout to the hosts who replied to our messages super quickly and helped us with doubts! :)

Unique, full of art with fabulous hot pool in the garden. Breakfast was amazing. A wonderful end to our trip to Iceland.
