Facilities in the room were good. Hospitality was very good. Rakesh Bhaiya was very helpful throughout our journey from the moment I booked with them on Booking.com till I reached railway station. Rakesh has very good service-oriented mindset, helped us a lot during our stay and to plan activities in varanasi. All the things were handled professionally. Facilities in the premises were good. Since the hotel was a little away from the ghat, I did not have issue of entering the crowded varanasi. I highly recommend people to visit Tattva for your varanasi experiences.

Unfortunately, my wife came down with the stomach flu, but they called a doctor within 20 minutes. The chef accommodated our customized food requests and prepared very tasty meals. There was some drilling noise from the rooftop pool that disturbed us, but they promptly moved us to a lower floor. All in all, a very good stay.
