Rakesh Bhaiya was very helpful throughout our journey from the moment I booked with them on Booking.com till I reached railway station. Rakesh has very good service-oriented mindset, helped us a lot during our stay and to plan activities in varanasi. All the things were handled professionally. Facilities in the premises were good. Since the hotel was a little away from the ghat, I did not have issue of entering the crowded varanasi. I highly recommend people to visit Tattva for your varanasi experiences.

My husband would have preferred a different variety of food at breakfasts - perhaps pancakes and/or eggs, he's not a big yogourt fan! I was fine with the breakfasts. We also had 2 dinners during our 3 nights there and they were good, though as seniors who don't eat a lot, the fixed price for 2 was double what we usually paid when we could share.

The bed and breakfast has parking on-site, a hot tub and full-day security. 1) The location- Close to Assi Ghat and Godowlia/Kashi Vishwanath Temple (both 12-15 mins by auto on either side of the road on which Rose Heritage is located. 2) The setting- architecture, room layout, amenities, bathroom design and fittings, cleanliness, staff behaviour and courtesy 3) Value for money- Slightly on the expensive side when compared to other hotels, but for what one gets, one doesn't feel being overcharged 4) Ease of parking vehicle- We had travelled in our car and were able to park it for 3 nights next to the entrance of the property. 5) What you see is what you get- The property and amenities look exactly they appear in the photos
