Rakesh Bhaiya was very helpful throughout our journey from the moment I booked with them on Booking.com till I reached railway station. Rakesh has very good service-oriented mindset, helped us a lot during our stay and to plan activities in varanasi. All the things were handled professionally. Facilities in the premises were good. Since the hotel was a little away from the ghat, I did not have issue of entering the crowded varanasi. I highly recommend people to visit Tattva for your varanasi experiences.

We also had 2 dinners during our 3 nights there and they were good, though as seniors who don't eat a lot, the fixed price for 2 was double what we usually paid when we could share.

At Hotel Orange guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. The front office has been so incredibly helpful which I am truly grateful for! I arrived really late at the Hotel because my train had 2 hour delay. They helped me book a train ticket at the right time the next morning so I would be able to see the Taj Mahal before my train departure. When my train departure was, again (freaking train system...), delayed for 12 hours they let me store my luggage at the reception and helped me out during the whole day. I have never seen a front office like this and I am really fortunate to have stayed at the Orange Hotel! Apart from the service the rooms were really nice, clean and spacious.
