Loved the whole experience during our stay at JW Marriott. From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the wonderful hotel staff, our room was made up for early check in, beautifully presented knowing it was our honeymoon with some delicious sweet treats on arrival to welcome us, everything was faultless! The hotel room, facilities, infinity pool, spa, food and drinks offering are all 10/10. Breakfast spread was unreal and the level of service was like nothing we have ever experienced before.

The stay in this hotel was stunning (3 nights). Everything worked flawlessly. The staff under the leadership of Arpit is very accommodating, friendly and at the same time discreet, which I appreciated very much. Wishes and needs were always taken care of. Excelent! No complains aplicable. The facilities are simply marvelous, gym, sauna, rooms, restaurant - the chef himself speaks with the guests. The staff is incredible, very kind, professional and supportive. They went so far as to go to the farmacy for some last minute medicine I needed. A great place to recharge and enjoy yourself.

Beautiful place, fantastic team especially Raveena, Reagan and Utsab from management team and Rahul and Pooja from housekeeping. They all were available all the time to assist. Few maintenance related points are already shared as feedback with them, however these seem negligible compared to the amazing experience we have had. We were in awe of how serene and beautiful everything was and they did fulfill all the requests we have had.

The property was way better than my expectations, apart from that, the Estate manager, Mr. Anant, our Butler, Patrick, and our super start Chef Sanjay and the team took great care. The love and smile that they gave you were outstanding. Breakfast was the best part, customisation variety of options and menu and the food quality and flavours all were excellent.
