Our stay at Imperial was just great experience. All very clean and well kept. Rooms and all premises nicely designed, we enjoyed the pool and yoga deck.

The property was way better than my expectations, apart from that, the Estate manager, Mr. Anant, our Butler, Patrick, and our super start Chef Sanjay and the team took great care. The love and smile that they gave you were outstanding. Breakfast was the best part, customisation variety of options and menu and the food quality and flavours all were excellent.

Beautiful property. Well maintained. If you are with elderly family, just have to remember that there are quite a few stairs to to get to your room. In house breakfast was amazing as well.

We liked everything about the property be it location, decor, cleanliness, breakfast at the property and everything else. I had high hopes with this stay and this property went beyond those. Lovely place to have a relaxed vacation in South Goa. Jorge who owns this place is amazing host who came and met us and gave a little background about the place and the home. This is definitely a kind of place, where I would like to come back again and again. Away from the anjuna ,Baga crowds. Boutique hotel with clean spacious rooms. Nice restaurant facing the paddy fields. Has access to beach from the property and the beach is clean. Couldn't swim as it was rainy season. Good breakfast. Very close to restaurants like martins corner and even better one is Cota Cozinha
