This is an excellent Bed and Breakfast accommodation providing an apartment and individual rooms as well. It has been finished in highest standard and is a credit to the owners. They couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast is second to none well done...

The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. This was our best stay during a short trip in southwest Ireland. Comfortable, quiet, conveniently located for our needs, with a large, comfortable bed, a very nice shower (we like it powerful), and an excellent breakfast, including great homemade elements. The decently stocked honesty bar was also a nice touch for the nights outside of town. But the element that made it outstanding were the hosts, who really made every effort to adapt to our needs, e.g., some complicated food limitations for breakfast. We have traveled quite a bit in our life and have found many nice hosts in different places, but Corthna Lodge really stuck out positively. If we come back in the area we will surely try to book there again. We also loved the big and very nice garden and the cute and gentle dogs when they were out.

The huts of Beds of Silk are exquisitely equipped and beautifully decorated with a great eye for detail. The space is, of course, smaller than the average hotel room, and the bathroom takes a bit of cautious navigating. But the atmosphere and character of the hut make up for that in spades.
