The hotel is an easy walk to most students' accommodation which we prefer since our daughter is staying nearby. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Checking in and out is fast and effecient. We came early and were allowed to check in immediately without any additional charges. The hotel has a great ambience ; almost classic and timeless. The bedroom is spacious and well equipped; from air-con and heater to bathrobes and slippers. The beds and pillows are very comfy. Love the fact that the pillows are longer and bigger than the standard sized ones. Bathroom is huge and beautiful. Love it! A good supply of complimentary drinks that include bottles of spring water, capsules and instant coffee and tea. Breakfast is generous and vegan food is available when requested. There's nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. Worth every penny. Highly recommended!

And the breakfast... AMAZING !!!!!! Will definitely come back for a next trip in Kerry to enjoy the jacuzzi!

At the guest house, all units are fitted with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. At the guest house, some units are soundproof. The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. This was our best stay during a short trip in southwest Ireland. Comfortable, quiet, conveniently located for our needs, with a large, comfortable bed, a very nice shower (we like it powerful), and an excellent breakfast, including great homemade elements. The decently stocked honesty bar was also a nice touch for the nights outside of town. But the element that made it outstanding were the hosts, who really made every effort to adapt to our needs, e.g., some complicated food limitations for breakfast. We have traveled quite a bit in our life and have found many nice hosts in different places, but Corthna Lodge really stuck out positively. If we come back in the area we will surely try to book there again. We also loved the big and very nice garden and the cute and gentle dogs when they were out.

The best place we stayed in on our trip to Ireland.
