What a fabulous hotel with exceptional service. Huge credit to all the staff who were so welcoming, couldn’t do more to help and always smiling. The hotel itself is stunning, from the entrance with candles & fresh flowers, the gorgeous spa, it all felt very luxe. We were offered a welcome drink whilst checking in, bags taken to our room, shown to the spa as we booked a time slot (access is free to all guests you just have to pre book a time slot) the spa was gorgeous, very quiet so even more special, inside and outside jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and lovely pool with bubble beds. The bar/lounge was so cosy with a fire and comfy sofas. We ate at the onsite pub which was lovely. I would try the onsite fine dining if coming back. Breakfast was a real treat, lovely service, great selection of buffet and cooked options (all included) the room itself was great, a nice hotel room, just didn’t have the wow factor that the rest of the hotel did. We will absolutely be returning when visiting Ireland again. Great value for money as well. The location was ideal to explore Killarney, close to the waterfalls and stunning landscapes. Rooms at the 4-star family-run hotel have baths and shower. They also have satellite TVs, hair dryers and most rooms have countryside views, some have balconies.

Morning coffee is served in the Sun Lounge whilst traditional breakfasts are available in the dining room. Fine Irish cuisine is on the menu at Castlelough Restaurant which overlooks the gardens. The location was stunning. Staff are very accomodating and friendly.

The bed and breakfast also features an indoor pool and a hot tub for guests to relax in. You can play tennis at Winterwood. Guests at the accommodation can enjoy hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. Fabulous host and a first class stay. I would highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

All units have a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while some rooms here will provide you with a terrace and some have sea views. The units at the guest house are equipped with a seating area and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. The hosts at this property are so kind and interesting to speak to. If you are in the area there is no other place you should stay!

The houses offer access to the hotel's indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna and hot tub. Absolutely fantastic accomodation, location was brilliant, facilities were great, and amenities were excellent. I could not complain even if I tried. Check in was simple, even in the quiet season.
