We were truly surprised by the many thoughtful touches throughout the house. It was everything we needed for a quiet family break and it was still only 5 minutes from the village. A haven of peace and comfort. Perfection.

I loved how clean it was! It was all we needed for a cozy stay. We received the instructions prior to the arrival which were very clear on how to get the jacuzzi going. The water in jacuzzi was fresh as well! We also got the local chipper deliver to us while we were relaxing in the jacuzzi. Also it’s only a 15min walk to the local pub. Amazing stay, definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a nice city break and a private jacuzzi with amazing river Derry views.

Carmel and Dean are the most generous and caring hosts I have ever come across. Their house is perfect and they made sure we had everything we needed. We were a family group ranging in ages for 2 - 80 years. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of beautiful bedrooms. And so many varied facilities and activities. All the kids/teens were fully occupied all weekend. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is beautiful and peaceful countryside and really close to local town and beach. Couldn’t recommend this house more. Can’t wait to go back. Louise

It is an escape to the country. A hidden gem! The furnishing was very cottage-core and spotlessly clean. The bed linen and pod in general was so crisp. We loved that the owner had left the makings of a fry in the fridge for the following morning. The surrounding garden is the perfect spot for a glass of vino and a picnic. The owners husband is a taxi driver so we used his business to get in and out of Wexford town. Exceptional value for money!
