Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location, 5-minute walk from the port. The outdoor area has a beautiful and well-maintained pool; an oasis in the center of the hotel. I had the most wonderful experience at the Royal Avila during my stay in Lombok. The hotel has a beautiful location with perfect sea views and jaw-dropping sunsets from your balcony. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The restaurant serves a good range of options at breakfast and dinner offers a varied menu too. The quality of the food was excellent and service exceptional. Throughout the hotel, the service was of the highest order. Everyone is happy to see you and greets you with a smile. I booked three trips with the hotel. They were all excellent and gave a good overview of this beautiful island. I used the Spa three times during my stay and was pleased with the treatments and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend anyone who is planning a trip to Lombok to stay at this hotel. The stunning setting, good food and beautiful decor are all impressive. However, it is the level of service received from the staff that is the standout feature. As a frequent traveller who has stayed in hundreds of hotels across the World, I have to say that the service in this hotel was amongst the very best .....if not the best.....that I have ever received. I will certainly be returning on my next trip to Lombok!

Highly recommend for their exceptional service and warm welcome. They even give us free cycle to move around island. Exceptional with fast service

Easy to navigate to and absolutely stunning setting. Only 6 suites so not many people, was nice and quiet. Gorgeous pool area. The suite was lovely, very large, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and good air con. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were kind, giving, attentive and the GM Mr Faisal spent time sharing the story of Tugu, its history, the family and the construction. He was wonderful and very good at the helm of his staff of 105.
