Each well-appointed room comes with a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, perfectly clean. Breakfast is outstanding- compliments to the chef and his team! Very high standards! Location is also nice, as it’s linked to the shopping mall, as for places of interest in any case you will need a taxi, as it’s quite difficult to cross the streets in this city. If again in Jakarta - we would definitely get back to this hotel again.

The world class service, everything was high end and luxurious. Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. They literally took care of everything for me. There are no minuses
