The Fairmont is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in Jakarta. Although I only had a short stay, the room I stayed in was comfortable and the hotel's facilities I utilised (gym, pool, breakfast buffet and access to Plaza Senayan) are excellent. I have to also express my gratitude to the hotel's team members. Every interaction from the moment I arrived to the day I checked out was met with both friendliness and professionalism and it made my stay all the more special. Most days and nights it was quiet, large rooms, beautiful bathroom and shower with hard water stream. Service very friendly, clean room twice a day, lots of choice during breakfast from wester to local breakfast. There was a very friendly staff member who checked each day if I had a cappuccino. Japanese restaurant is excellent.
