The hotel’s bold and original design immediately caught our attention — it’s full of character, with stunning paintings, graphics, and intricate details everywhere. Some might find the ambiance a bit dark, but we absolutely loved the atmospheric and artistic feel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and plush pillows that you just sink into — though we personally prefer firmer ones, it was still great! The entire hotel is immaculately clean, and there’s a pleasant, subtle aroma throughout the space. We enjoyed exploring the hotel’s facilities, starting with a visit to the rooftop bar upon arrival. But what truly stood out for us was the well-equipped gym and the spacious library. The breakfast was exceptional. The buffet had a fantastic selection of dishes, from dim sum to sushi, and there was also an à la carte menu with additional options. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff — from the friendly porter who greeted us at the entrance to the reception and restaurant teams, everyone was professional and welcoming. If we find ourselves in Jakarta again, we will definitely stay here again!

Guests can also enjoy free access to the fitness centre, and sauna. The team at Grand Hyatt were so friendly, helpful and engaging. They helped with directions and recommendations for anything we asked. We loved the evening we spent at the bar with the fabulous singers who were so much fun. The pool is great and the location of the hotel is actually perfect. Would live to stay here again if Jakarta is again in my travel plans. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Modern décor and floor-to-ceiling windows feature throughout the spacious guestrooms at Kempinski Indonesia. Each well-appointed room comes with a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. The location was just behind Grand Indonesia. So that was nice. I managed to do my last minute shopping there without a hassle. At first, if you have the means, please upgrade your room with the view of Bulatan HI. It was exceptionally good. The room was spacious and super worth the money. Will stay here again if I come over to Jakarta again.

Guests enjoy Club Lounge access that includes breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner, as well as wine, sparkling wine, beer and soft drinks. It was one of the greatest times in Jakarta and the employees were helpful and welcoming, they made our stay so special when they knew that I came with my wife for honeymoon in Indonesia.
