Truly a remarkable place and the best stay we’ve had on this trip through Bali and this little bit of Lombok. The facilities were lovely but not overly fussy. The staff were friendly and attentive with being intrusive. The room had lots of natural light and good translucent curtains that allowed in the sunshine without putting us on display. The location was an about 50 meters from the main road with stores and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the harbor where we arrived and also booked our snorkeling trip. From there it was a 5 to 10 minutes clockwise around the island for the best sunset beachfront drinks and dining or 5 to 10 minutes counter clockwise for yoga, more restaurants overlooking Lombok (I assume you might also see a sunrise there you were a sunrise kind of person) and some great snorkeling from the beach. We spent a week there on our month-long vacation and, while that’s longer than you need to see Gili Air, I don’t regret a day.

The most memorable thing for me is that you not only provide high-quality accommodation and exceptionally friendly service but also offer a range of problem-solving assistance. I know many travelers, including us, encounter various issues, such as renting bikes, finding snorkeling tours, or the inconvenience of being wet after snorkeling and unable to travel comfortably. Yet, the staffs were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help (especially by providing a room for us to shower and change even after we had checked out). I know we were quite troublesome, but they never made us feel like a burden, which is truly commendable!

They organise transport from the dock to the villa and vise versa. They also arrange bike rentals for you so you don’t have to. The breakfast is so yummy and delivered to your villa each day at the time of your choice. I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough!! I will be coming back :))

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa on Gili Air! The place is nicely designed, very clean, and well equipped, with a handy kitchenette. The swimming pool was fantastic, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach, and the outdoor area offers plenty of privacy. We also loved the semi-outdoor living room area and the spacious indoor bathroom. The villa is in a great location, just a short walk from Turtle Beach. Hani was an exceptional host, warm, welcoming, and full of great recommendations that made our stay even better. We highly recommend this stay in Gili Air!
