HungaryExceptional stay at the resort, staff is amazing, helpful, nice, always smiling and having nice words to you ( restaurant/breakfast, security, pool, welcoming, lobby, cleaning etc). We always got small attention that make our stay unforgettable ( welcome cocktail/ free lemon water at the pool/ luggage service due to late flight and possibility to take shower and enjoy pool full day before leaving). We appreciated the photoshoot offered by the resort as well. The room is very comfortable and high standard. There is all what you need. Cleaning is done as per convenience and done very well. The resort is very well maintained. The infinity pool on the beach is impressive. The garden is also very great. There is restaurant, bar, shop at walking distance which is great to go in the city.
It was our best choice to book this hotel in Seminyak.

Premium location if you’re looking to go out but also want somewhere nice to relax. Doesn’t feel like you’re so close to the main strip in Canggu once you are inside the bungalows. And rooms are very nice, great spacious bathroom and comfy bed.

The villa was gorgeous and all the rooms were huge with amazing bathrooms. The staff were so wonderful and nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything. Monica the owner was on the phone when we arrived and greeted us on arrival
which was lovely. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need and the lounge room was huge with a comfy couch. My favourite was the pool, including a spa and all the trees and greenery surrounding it. You felt like you were in your own private paradise and I can’t wait to go back and stay again soon.

The villa itself was absolutely perfect- exactly as on the pictures. Smart layout and overall modern design of the villa, spacious, clean, bright, TV on revolving cabinet :), Netflix, kitchen unit, lovely bathroom, having small swimming pool for ourself was a a real luxury. Bath outside - although we thought it will be jacuzzi- but still very nice touch. Staff was lovely, we got cleaning every day and got breakfast to our room always on time.

Room was a decent size and clean. Good air conditioning with fast wifi.
Good location with close proximity to shopping and beach at either Kuta or Seminyak.
Roof top Jacuzzi is a nice quiet area to chill and relax have drinks as opposed to the pool area which was quite busy on the daily.
Nice large restaurant that allows for spacious dining.
Suitable for families or groups. Staff are super accomodating and attentive.

Loads of privacy, loved the pool, Sun loungers, bubble bath and showers, bed was very comfy!
All the facilities available were amazing!
It was really perfect for the days I needed to do the last few things of my long holiday, in the heart of Seminyak, close to all the party stuff, but without all of the noise.
The staff let me put my luggage on hold till 5pm because my flight was late on the day of checking out. They were very kind and welcoming!

Trans Resort feels more like a 6 star hotel. The rooms are huge, outdoor jacuzzi is amazing, towels and bath mats are plush and luxurious, bed is big and very comfortable, pillow menu is much appreciated, breakfast esp the Indonesian counter is simply delicious, housekeeping staff were brilliant, the beach pool and slide was great for the kids, main pool is very relaxing, staff were overall fantastic, location is central yet you are away from the traffic noise. A true oasis in Seminyak. One of the best 5 star hotels I have been to!

We stayed at Villa J Deluxe for 5 days, it was nothing but perfect. Putra and his team ensured that we had that we needed for an amazing holiday. The pool was a big highlight, and the air con in the lounge on the very humid days. Very spacious villa with a lovely relaxing atmosphere, would definitely stay here again.

We could not fault our recent stay. It is a beautiful sanctuary, beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The pool is the perfect temperature and just so beautiful. The room is beautiful and icy cold, the bathroom was lovely and clean and so well appointed. There is an in-room safe and plenty of bench/hanging space. There is plenty of great places to eat and shop around the villa (only a short walk) and less hustle and bustle than the central area. We loved our stay here so much and will definitely be back.
