Good room, loved the wooden floor and able to smoke at the balcony. Service is fast considering it’s a big property. Location is very good, can walk on the beach for sunset and eat at Jimbaran seafood places just few step away. So easy to go to golf at Pecatu area and obviously close to the airport too!

The service was exceptional, and the staff’s friendliness made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to the incredibly comfortable bed – one of the best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel!
