It happened to be on our way on a 20hrs drive route and we chose it as we always wanted to visit Balaton area. It was OUTSTANDING, from the service to the quality of sleep, & on top even the food experience. Very clean and great facilities. IMPORTANT: You can even choose and request different types of pillows depending on your sleeping style. JACUZZI: We chose to get the Coco Suite and the jacuzzi at 37degrees was amazing for the beginning of November. Recommended to anyone who wants to continue spa after 8PM in the cold season. Wide variety of wines and honest pricing. Great spa area, super relaxing overall being a smaller hotel. Delicious menus, compliments to the chef! Having half-board included made me expect average experience, but it was absolutely not, and I think many more hotels should have this approach. I will always remember this hotel.

The accommodation features a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. We had a great stay, only regret we could stay for a short time. We booked the hotel because the swimming pool, and my kids enjoyed the pool. It is in a lovely setting, the rooms are spacious. The reception accommodated that my youngest child has movement disorder and while she is getting around independently, the downstairs was much easier access for us than upstairs. The beach is very close, few minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to choose from for a lovely dinner. 10 minutes walk and can get into the city center for a night vibe. The group of people were lovely during our stay, we did not experience any noise or party. We could not check in early but there was a storage which we could use, and we could use the facilities, until our room was ready. Checking out was easy, again we could use the storage and could enjoy our last day as well, also could use the facilities as well. As I do not drive in Hungary, for us was easy to get around by walk and train.
