Location is great, easy walking distance to the city center, but also metro and bus stations are 2 mins from hotel. I recommend Pollack parking garage which is 300-400m (5-6 mins walk) from hotel. There is another one which is 100m, literally 1 min walk from hotel, but it is significantly more expensive, not worth it in my opinion, especially if you are staying several days like we were. Room was not very big but really cool, nicely equipped and comfy. Staff was super nice, kindly adjusted heating in our room when we asked and were always nice and welcoming. Breakfast rich enough and very tasty. Unfortunatelly we didin't try wellness area since we were there with small child, but even without it, it was worth the price. Next time we are in Budapest, we will for sure come here again.

This 5-star hotel offers free WiFi and in-house spa and wellness area. Hungarian State Opera is 900 m away and St. Stephen's Basilica is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. We had an amazing stay at Mystery Hotel Budapest. Very clean rooms, relaxing atmosphere, nice staff . We loved the breakfast. The options might not be super big but there is a lot of variation from day to day which keeps it interesting. Some people wrote in their reviews there was only a normal coffee machine but this is actually not true. You can ask any staff or at the bar to get barrista coffee/sparkling wine/poached and fried eggs and they are happy to prepare it without additional charge. The coffee barrista is very skilled and drew pumkins in my coffee for halloween. Maybe its a well kept secret part of their theme as many people didn't order proper coffee :D Also the spa area is nice, there is a small warm pool, a steam room and a sauna. They also have a rooftop and a jacuzzi but both was closed when we visited.

We really liked this hotel. The rooms are simple, like in a 3* hotel, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast is amazing. There was even sparkling wine with breakfast, which you could pour yourself! And this is in a 3* hotel! Maybe because it was the weekend? Or maybe it's always like that.
