The staff never fails to impress you from the beginning of your stay until the very last minute you leave. I was welcomed very warmly as always, waited just for a few minutes (while having their exceptional coffee!) to get into my room which was upgraded thanks to the kindness of the good people at the reception. I had already mentioned in my previous reviews the overall design, silence and comfort of the property, as well as its very central location, and I would like to highlight them all again. If you are staying at least 2-3 days, choose this hotel, buy a Budapest Card (available 24 to 120 hours) and enjoy unlimited rides to buses, trams and metro from the stops that are only minutes away from the building! Overall, Memories Old Town is amongst the top hotels I have ever stayed in, and I will always remember the natural kindness of the staff and my time and memories in Budapest with a smile!

Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. This 5-star hotel offers free WiFi and in-house spa and wellness area. Hungarian State Opera is 900 m away and St. Stephen's Basilica is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Beautiful hotel with beautiful, comfortable and unique rooms. Mattresses were great. Staff was helpful. Location was pretty good.

All rooms offer elegant Cavalli furniture, air conditioning, a minibar, a flat-screen cable TV, a laptop safe, and a stylish bathroom. Some have views of the street and some have views of the courtyard. It was ultimate location, so close to St Stepans Basilica and the Christmas market. Wonderful!

The rooms are nicely equipped, the bathroom is comfortable with underfloor heating, and it's warm everywhere. The beds are comfortable, everything is very clean, and the breakfast is great. We enjoyed it.
