We spent a wonderful September holiday at the Stella Mare 4* hotel in Zavala, a beautiful calm place, stunning views from terrace, clean spacious apartments and excellent beds and mattresses. The hotel provides in a family restaurant with really delicious meals and the breakfast is also served very various. The hotel and staff services are excellent and really professional, very accommodating. We had a wonderful time during our holiday, on beautiful beaches and in the clear sea!

Josipa was very friendly, helpful and accomodative. She told us everything we needed to know even the local food and the restaurants to go, which we tried and found it very good. The villa was built with very good quality and decorated with excellent taste, very artistic. We just loved it! I would stay here again if I have a chance to visit Hvar Island again. The most beautiful apartman, where we stayed on the Hvar island, just 20 minutes from the Hvar old town, little village with great restaurants, there is a supermarket just few steps away and 10 minutes from our favourite secret beach :Plaza Lucisca. If you like admire stunning panorama view from your terrace or from the jakuzzi with a glass of croatian wine or just admire the stars and listen the songs of cicadas this is YOUR place! One day we will return, I hope verry soon.

Breakfast was one of the best we've experienced. Eating lunch and dinner every day got a bit repetitive so we went to Stari Grad to mix it up a little, only a 20 minute walk away. We hired a sea front villa which meant we also had access to the neighbouring hotel to use their slides and shoots which the kids loved. All in all, a family of 5 had a great time and would definitely return.

One of the best hospitality experiences ever. Damir is super kind and helpful. He greeted us with olives, ham and cheese plate, delicious domestic wines and grappa. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, with an awesome view of the harbor. We could allow ourselves to spend a day inside because of the vibe of this place, and didn’t feel like we ‘need’ to go anywhere. If you’re with car, everything is pretty close, otherwise you can rent bikes or scooters. The centre/port is approximately 10 minutes on foot. Can’t wait to be back! 🤟🏼
