The facility is beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the water. Breakfasts are delicious, dinners even better. Large, heated swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers. The service was very nice, always asking if everything was OK.

I stayed at this hotel on a solo trip, and the experience was simply WOW! Everything was brand new — my room was huge, beautifully designed, and had a spacious balcony with direct access to the pool. Everything looked exactly like the pictures! I spent 4 nights here and would absolutely will visit again! Breakfast was fantastic — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. The hotel was spotless and felt very hygienic. I loved the Korres toiletries — a thoughtful touch with quality natural products. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jenya, the amazing bartender. She truly made my stay even more special. Her cocktails were not only delicious but crafted with care and creativity. She also made excellent coffee every morning. What stood out most was her warmth — always smiling, attentive, and genuinely kind. It's rare to meet someone so professional yet so personal. Thank you, Jenya! Even at full occupancy, the hotel was peaceful and quiet — ideal for relaxing. Soft background music plays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., setting a soothing tone. Only 2 minutes' walk to the beach — perfect for sunset lovers like me. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

This was my 7th visit to Rhodes (4th time in Faliraki) and I'm already planning to come back and stay in this hotel next time! This is a 'startup' hotel with a lot of potential - completely renovated, with a jacuzzi or swimming pool in some rooms. It has everything you can expect - kettle, coffee/ tea, fridge and complimentary drinks, shower gels/shampoo and even bathrobes! The hosts are very kind and happy to help with any questions (we got a tip for a local honey producer). The bay view from the room was to die for. The breakfast was ok (maybe something to improve) but we didn't mind considering there were peacocks looking for some treats :) Tip - rent a car in the airport so you can drive to different locations every day as it's a central location for everything (Airport, Rhodes town, Lindos, Tsambika beach and even Prasonisi is no more than 1h away)

Getting to the hotel from the port by taxi is quite easy (10€ as of July 2025). Walking during the summer wouldn’t be a very sensible choice. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the check-in process was completed very quickly. The property owner is incredibly attentive and helpful, sincerely answering all your questions. I had asked for a restaurant recommendation, and since he couldn’t send it via message, she kindly printed it out and left it at our door — such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is perfect. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the sea, and just as close to great places to eat. The hotel and rooms are designed with a very clean and thoughtful aesthetic. Every detail has been carefully considered. Each room has a minibar, and all drinks inside — both alcoholic and non-alcoholic — are complimentary. If we ever have the chance to visit Rhodes again, staying anywhere else wouldn’t even cross my mind. This is definitely the right place to enjoy the island.

After 11 nights at Utopia, we can honestly say it’s the best place we’ve stayed in Greece - highly recommend!

We arrived on opening day of the season. Everyone was so attentive and ready to provide the best service possible. We unfortunately came when it was a little cold and raining initially, but the sun came out after two days and enhanced our experience even more. The Tui entertaining group was amazing, we loved Don! Also, Michelle at the lobby desk was awesome! Lefteris in the main restaurant was always greeting us with a smile and taking care of us and other guests; he really took charge of his team. We plan on returning in the future.

Amazing stuff, they were lovely and really friendly and helped us with anything we’d need. The actual hotel was really pretty and only 10 minute walk from the beach. The room were great, we decided on a room with a private pool and didn’t regret it for a second. Highly recommended!
