Breakfast was awesome, there was plenty of choice and the quantities were good, Staff were very friendly and helpful it felt like a warm family run operation, room/suites were of a good size and well furnished, position of property was perfect for us just a short distance from Kos town. Situated within 400 metres of Lambi Beach and 1.6 km of Kos Port, Aegean Houses provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kos Town. With pool views, this accommodation offers a balcony and a swimming pool. The accommodation features a sauna, hot tub, family-friendly restaurant and free WiFi. We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

It consists of a main house surrounded by several bungalows, all nestling in the beautiful gardens created by the owners. The staff are so friendly and solution-oriented that they make you feel truly special. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, and the food is fresh and delicious every day.
