The room felt new and fresh and the cleaning each day was amazing - everything was re-stocked consistently including pool towels which was perfect. The pools were very clean and well maintained and having the option of two adult pools was a bonus.

The place was very modern. On arrival at the place, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. They also talked us through the room facilities and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine. The massage therapist Maria was also amazing in the spa sessions. Extremely professional and we felt so much more relaxed after the therapy session :) 100% recommending their spa facilities. We will definitely book again when we come to Chania again.

All the accommodation types are renovated. Air conditioning comes as a standard. The beach and the sea are just lovely. The pools and the grounds are great. The food is delicious, and you can never go hungry with the all-inclusive option. On a parenting side note, We had two transfers to a nearby clinic for a pediatric visit. All was organized in minutes by the front desk and the hotel doctor without any hassle. We also weren't charged for the extended checkout, which was very thoughtful, considering our daughter wasn't feeling well then. Thank you Creta Maris. We'll definitely come back soon!

All units in the hotel are equipped with a coffee machine, hair dryer and ironing facilities. Korres toiletries can be found at the private bathroom. Some units also feature a private pool or hot tub. Location is great - very close to 2 nice beaches, which are walking distance, but hotel offers free shuttles any time on request which was very convenient. Breakfast is more like a dinner here with extreme level of variety of food, hot dishes, a lot of local specialties, fresh juices etc. - really great! Free daily supply of still water bottles in a room is a nice touch. Bus stop is in front of hotel and each 30 minutes you can get into town and back in 10 minutes for less than 2 eur (taxi will cost around 35 eur). Staff is incredible, you will always feel welcome and like at home. Pool area is also nice and views from hotel are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!
