The best host in the world (Yannis) met us from the port and drove us (1 minute around the corner) to the property. Property was soo unique and amazing. Private hot tub on the terrace. The bathroom was beautiful. Location to port, shops and a few restaurants, vehicle hire and stony beach was perfect. Yannis very kindly took us on a guided tour of the island and was always available to help us out whenever we needed something. The man is a legend.

It offers free Wi-Fi in all areas and elegantly decorated units with a balcony. Our original room had an issue with the air conditioner being faulty. We were immediately upgraded to a lovely suite. Thank you for that. The pool and bar were great with stunning sunset views. Closeness to village beautiful village and friendly locals excellent. Would definitely return here to stay. The Hotel picked us up from the ferry and supplied a return journey when leaving the island which was much appreciated.

Great views from higher spots of the island and close to some beautiful beaches like Livadaki and Agkali. Couldn´t recommend more, as our host was super friendly and welcoming. Clean room and really spatious, with your own private patio and small pool with massage jets, which is great to have when you come back from a warm day at the beach or a walking trek.

It was private, felt secluded, with a gorgeous view of the sea and incredible sunsets, yet less that 15 minutes from town. The decor was chic, simple and thoughtful. The outdoor space had several different areas to sit and relax and even dine. It’s a small property but we were four and didn’t feel constrained at all.

Every morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast, thoughtfully prepared and served with genuine warmth. The staff went above and beyond—always kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We absolutely loved our time at Avaton and are already looking forward to our next visit!
