The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family. This is probably the best hotel we have ever spent the holiday in. The kids all loved this place so much. Very friendly staff and they always try to accommodate you. There was a mishap with the port pickup, but they more than made up by giving us a nice two bedroom unit with a swimming pool. The food in the hotel is very nice, view from the restaurants, café and the beach is mesmerising. The sunset view is incredible. The hotel provides a free shuttle to in the evening , that is really convenient I absolutely highly recommended this hotel.

Grotta Hotel is situated on a beautiful hillside, overlooking Naxos Town, yet only a short walk from the beach.

Loved all of it. Extremely nice staff that are warm and welcoming. Most sensational breakfast ever had. Clean and spacious lovely spa area. Hotel kept very clean. Brilliant location with fantastic views. Have to go back!

Staff were amazing couldnt do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely Bus stop was right outside the hotel . The rooms were great and bed comfy . Pool clean and the view was great from our room.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Hotel facilities are really nice and clean. Pool in good condition, breakfast pretty decent. You can store your stuff in a dedicated room while waiting for check in or after check out, free parking in case you rented a vehicle…
