Situated in Gudauri, Gudauri Lodge features a ski-in ski-out accommodation and ski pass sales point. This hotel has a sun terrace with outdoor furniture and indoor swimming pool. The staff were extremely sweet and helpful, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I got upgraded to a suite as a service. Any request or need I had they responded immediately and provided me with whatever’s needed (adapter, water, communication with services) with no delays. The hotel staff does a great job in being the middle man of offers like tours and activity packages, like trekking, quad biking, horse riding and more by communicating with the companies and providing you with the necessary information. The room was a bit cold for me, I told the receptionist (Etuna) and they immediately sent the heater technician who adjusted the temperature at the heaters and they provided me with an extra heater that I can adjust the temperature as per my needs. My last day I checked out early before the breakfast time and they prepared me a lunchbox to take with me for my trip back to Tbilisi. And they provided me with a ride to the Marshrutka bus as a service. Soecial thanks to Avto, Armas, Vakho, Giorgi, and Etuna I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the lovely city of Gudauri.

The host was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The cozy home, nestled amidst stunning mountain views, is conveniently located near several restaurants. This was our third visit to Georgia, and we are certain to return to this lovely place. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat that feels like a home away from home, this is the perfect choice. It's an ideal escape from city life, noise, and distractions. The nearby local and halal restaurants, just a 2-10 minute walk away, added to the overall convenience and charm of our stay. This place made us feel completely at home, and we couldn't recommend it more highly.

I originally booked a 3-day, 2-night stay, and honestly, this villa has *so many* amazing highlights: 1. Super clean, including the bathroom — spotless! 2. They provide both large and small towels, and even bathrobes. 3. The view is simply unbeatable — with no obstructions at all. Since this villa is located at the very end, the front faces stunning mountain scenery and the Trinity Church, while the back overlooks snow-capped peaks. Every morning, I woke up in awe. 4. The shower has great water pressure, it’s hot and super relaxing! There’s even a heater in the bathroom. 5. Loads of blankets and several heaters around the house — we never had to worry about the cold. It’s incredibly cozy. 6. There’s a bathtub with bubble bath provided. Soaking while gazing at the snowy mountains… can you imagine how dreamy that is? 7. The kitchen is fully equipped — everything you need is there. 8. And they even offer complimentary dry wine! Unfortunately, due to heavy snowfall, the roads were closed and our 3-day, 2-night trip turned into 4 days and 3 nights. Niko, the host, was *so* kind and understanding. He gave us a discount (we heard that some big hotels actually charged *more* when guests had to extend due to the weather). He constantly kept us updated on road conditions, helped us find a taxi back to Tbilisi, and even drove us to a local market to get groceries. We were incredibly grateful. Without his help, the two of us — just girls from out of town — would have felt completely lost. One more thing: *please* book the horseback riding experience through the host! I highly recommend the 2-hour ride. The views in the mountains are just breathtaking. The horses are gentle, and Nika (the horse tour guide) was incredibly patient and helpful — plus, he takes amazing photos too! I truly fell in love with this place. ❤️

The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The cabin was new, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Though I don’t remember his name, the caretaker was incredibly sweet and always available to help his kindness really made a difference. The hot tub and sauna were exactly what we needed so relaxing and refreshing after our days of travel. Would love to come back to this little piece of paradise if ever possible!

We had a fantastic stay at the property! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home.
