The apartment was incredibly well located in a quiet area, walking distance from everything in Kutaisi. Both bathrooms had a wonderful modern shower, and everything was immaculately clean. Nino was a kind, responsive host and she even provided restaurant suggestions. I recommend contacting her prior to arrival (while you have phone service or wifi) to ask for the lockbox code. We stayed on two separate occasions in apartment #1 and everything was perfect. Thank you Nino.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. Despite my very early arrival at 5 a.m., he kindly stayed awake to welcome me and even offered another room until mine was ready, as it was still occupied. He personally cleaned everything thoroughly and ensured the house was in perfect condition. Whenever I needed anything related to the house, he responded immediately via WhatsApp. The location is ideal, just an 8–10 minute walk to the city centre, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with charming streets full of colourful houses and flowers. The cleanliness and equipment of the house exceeded my expectations. Everything a guest could possibly need was provided: a smart trash bin, fully equipped kitchen tools, sparkling water, coffee, and tea. I am truly grateful to the owner for creating such a welcoming and well-prepared place. If I could, I would rate it a million out of ten.

Just across the street of the appointment, there is a sweet coffee house - perfect for grabbing your morning coffee without any fuss. The location is truly central, allowing us to walk everywhere in the city center. Even with our two kids (8 and 6), we found it incredibly easy to get around and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Highly recommend!
