Exceptionally clean and well appointed. The wood-burner is a nice addition for the colder months, we used it just for the atmosphere even though it wasn't really cold. Ample on-site parking

Fantastic and very peaceful location. The facilities were amazing like the hot tub and everything inside the pod itself. Big, comfortable bed and Bluetooth speakers to play your music in the pod! The hosts Mark and Marta pulled out all the special touches. They accommodated a late check out and after informing them my partner is dairy free, they thought of everything and added some vegan cheese and yoghurts and alternative milk which we really appreciated. The breakfast hamper and fridge was stocked with lots of snacks and drinks, couldn’t have asked for more!

Wea arrived quite tired after a wet drive from Manchester. We were greeted by Cliff who carried our bags to our room. And showed us around. Wow the inside was palatial as was our room. The breakfasts were brilliantly cooked and lots of food by Christina. We could not ask for more.

The units are incredibly desgined - small but efficient with everything we needed. Our family rented out all three units and it was perfect. John and Doniel were so friendly, there for all we might have needed, and showed our little ones the farm and the animals, even letting them feed the goats. We were just sorry the weather made it so we couldnt light the fire at night or use the hot tubs! Tips for other travellers Though the location is out in the country there are towns not far to go to. We went to Stirling castle one day (about 45 minutes away) and on another day we went to Luss - a super cute town. No doubt if the weather was better we would have had a chance to take some great hikes nearby!

Even though we were so close to home we felt like we were miles away - so tranquil. The gorgeous fire in the main house was so cosy and because we had also booked the little hut we had use of the hot tub. The little hut was beautiful and I could definitely have moved in there forever haha. Great hosts who were very helpful.
