The hosts Mark and Marta pulled out all the special touches. They accommodated a late check out and after informing them my partner is dairy free, they thought of everything and added some vegan cheese and yoghurts and alternative milk which we really appreciated. The breakfast hamper and fridge was stocked with lots of snacks and drinks, couldn’t have asked for more!

Brian and Gillian are kind, helpful and friendly they made our experience better than expected. I love the animals around the property particularly their lovely dog Bunny who made the stay even more enjoyable. The cabin is so cosy and the highlight is having a private sauna that you can heat up whenever you feel like it. I was sad to leave and wish we stayed a bit longer and for that reason will definelty be back. It’s close to shops, nice land for walks and excursions. The highlights were definitely the own sauna in the bathroom and the hot tub in a separate little shed across the garden. We had gone to Loch Lomond to hike and these installations were so relaxing for our aching bones. The apartment itself was lovely and cosy and our warm-hearted host Eddie kept enquiring whether we needed anything. A plus were the lovely view and Eddie’s sheep and his two cute dogs. Absolutely recommended!
