We have large, attractive rooms which all have TVs, free Wifi, a hospitality tray including biscuits and water. Due to such low demand we are no longer serving breakfast at the hotel. Perfect location, very clean and staff were lovely

The Bowood Hotel, Spa, and Golf Resort features a luxury spa with superb facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, rock sauna, crystal steam room, aromatherapy shower, relaxation room and treatment rooms. This was the third stay at this wonderful hotel and spa, and once again it was an amazing, relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely outstanding, just as we remembered. I have coeliac disease but the team were very knowledgeable and careful, which made dining completely stress free. We left feeling refreshed and very well cared for. We will definitely be returning again this place never disappoints!

The hotel has some of the best on-site facilities in the area, half of the rooms with hot tubs on private balconies, an on-site spa with poolside seating and a bar, stylish restaurant and cocktail bar, bike hire, wakesurfing and paddleboading. Excellent pool and hot tub. Staff had petals and wishes for a happy honeymoon for us. They made provisions for our request too.

The spa facilities were very good, though a little crowded for the size. The spa treatments were exceptional. The breakfast also was exceptional.

The unit was clean - kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom all looked clean. Also, the unit we got looked fairly new. We requested for a unit with a washing machine inside and got it (depending on availability). Dishwasher was also provided. Staff whom we contacted online and when we met face-to-face were polite and courteous and were really great. Peaceful, no sound pollution. I noticed some reviews mentioned about smell of cow dung in the air, but that's to be expected (the place is right next to a grazing area), but it's only when you walk outside, and only at certain times - no such smells in the accommodation units. Ample parking spaces.
