Owner Pascal was incredibly attentive, welcoming us with a glass of wine after a tour of the property, pool and spa. I loved the fact that the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean!! Our room was enormous, extremely comfortable, with some colorful parrots and funky bathroom! 😄The thing that I especially like about Les Carmes is that the pool and spa are open 24h a day!! Totally unheard of anywhere else, so Pascal must be the coolest hotelier in Provence!😎 Nothing was a problem or too much for him - we got coffee all over one of the white towels and dropped a bottle top down the sink ☹️but he and his staff just dealt with it immediately!😘

Got the family room with balcony overlooking the pool where I was able to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset, doesn’t get better. Top quality bedding and linen honestly couldn’t say anything negative about it. A true 5 star hotel. Also made use of the gym.

The pool was small but adequate. We did not eat at the restaurant as it was a little too fancy for our taste, but did find a great restaurant up the hill called the Trident.

We appreciated a lot our (short)stay at this place. The place is very charming, super clean and cozy. The host Emilie is very friendly, welcoming and available. With her husband they work hard to keep this place wonderful. We recommend and will definitely come back.
