A lovely house with a great atmosphere. You feel like you are visiting a very friendly hostess who accommodates guests in two rooms. A well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, a refrigerator in your own room. Living space on two floors, including tv's and a lovely dreaming place upstairs, i.e. lounge chairs, with a view directly into the forest. A wood-heated sauna is available and there is a pond in the yard where you can take a dip. We would definitely like to come again.

It's hard to describe this wonder-full place....heaven on earth maybe....I felt like Alice in wonderland with all the green scenery, a river flowing nearby. The host Rachel was super friendly and very helpful regarding local sights, etc. Check in and check out were super easy. The place cosy and sparkly clean. The bed was so comfy that I slept through the night which is very unusual for me. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It's even worth traveling to Finland for this amazing property :)

Amazing host and a wonderful location. Dogs are more than welcome and our doggies loved the company of the two residential ones. Rachel tailors the stay to the needs and wishes of her guests and canoe, sauna and even a hot tub are available on request for a small fee. Next to Nuuksio National Park and Nuuksio Lake the location offers everything a nature lover would want from swimming, canoeing, mushrooming and hiking. The cottage itself combines camping and comfort in true glamping style. We for sure will be back – our only regret is that we stayed only for one night on the way up North. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It’s exactly what we wanted. Sauna with comfortable bedroom, hot tub and forest view. Cottage is close to the host’s house, but you have your own private space. Cottage and sauna were clean and tidy. Absolutely loved it. And it’s only 30 minutes from Helsinki. Perfect.
