It was a fantastic experience We loved our few days there, we were upgraded to a suit, all the staff were so friendly and helpful and always smiling. I have never experienced such a great team of staff. They made our stay that much better.

The hotel is situated on the shores of the Bay of Biscay, in the incomparable setting of the fishing town of Lekeitio.

On arrival staff at reception guided us to where to park our car, very friendly and helpful. Hotel location excellent, exceeded our expectations. Room overlooking an unobstructed sandy beach sea view and marina. Room very clean and comfy. Good breakfast. Will be back as we should have stayed for a longer period. Highly recommend it

Everything is very clean and new, apparently the hotel gas been renovated recently. I was happy to find the bad reviews outdated and not relevant anymore. The Hotel and the Restaurant Team is fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Location is good. All in all it is a very good value for money.
