The apartments are very well kept, as well as other facilities. The pools are nice and so is the fitness area, but the later is a bit small and thus gets crowded quite easily, which we didn't care for too much. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful, offering advice on the buses to Los Cristianos, coordinating everything for the massage etc.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, yet peaceful and calm. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel truly cared for.
