Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. Very kind and helpful staff. Special thanks to a girl named Patricia. She helped with our car, which broke down. Special thanks to the staff at the morning breakfast. They made a birthday greeting for my wife.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). The location was superb. The staff were ALL fantastic! Polite, efficient, helpful, friendly. The cleanliness a 10 without doubt.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Just an amazing value for money. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms/studios were planty big and view from our balcony was out of this world. Breakfast options were huge, food was very good. Pool area and the pool it self very clean. There is also a table tennis/billiards in the pool area. Gym also.

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool and beach area were really nice. The location was an easy walk to the central part of Palmanova. All in all a great stay!

Look out over the golden sands and clear waters of San Vicente Beach from this hotel. It is surrounded by some of the natural scenery on the island of Ibiza.

The hotel has a Spa & Wellness area with indoor pool with jets, sauna, ice fountain and massage cabin. This was our second stay here. Everything is so smooth here, people are very welcoming and the facilities excellent ! We highly recommend
