Everything in the property is perfect really i liked everything, they also have a big menu for breakfast really classy place . Except for one thing happened in the breakfast room where the manger there started screaming on me that i sat in a place that i should pay for . I politely smiled and told her if i need to pay i will pay but it’s not a great idea is to start screaming in front of everyone I don’t it was a good stay i loved the hotel but it wasn’t appropriate.

Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. The hotel was perfectly located near to the beach. Our room was spacious, clean and modern, with the balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us rebook to a room on a lower floor. The breakfast and evening buffets were excellent and catered for all tastes. We had only booked breakfast but ended up having the evening buffet and lunch by the pool as well.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). It was nice place and excellent hotel. We had a great stay.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Friendly staff very helpful, marvelous breakfast, big and very clean rooms, very well connected by bus, we want to come again😀

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. We loved having all of our meals outside in lovely surroundings and view. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and very nice to our baby grandson. We really enjoyed the spa pool with the baby.

Buffet is excellent, good variety did not get bored of it. Plenty of choices Clean facilities Excellent staff!

There is also a modern fitness centre, and a stylishly lit relaxation area with tea corner. Most amazing hotel i have ever been to. Friendly staff, great food, right by the beach. Stunning spa 10 minutes walk to Hi Ibiza and aushua clubs 10 minutes from Airport
