The property was clean, nice, very tidy and cosy. The food was fantastic, the kindness that everyone has there was well deserved and we are very happy with our stay in this hotel, and we can’t wait to come back and see it again.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). The location was superb. The staff were ALL fantastic! Polite, efficient, helpful, friendly. The cleanliness a 10 without doubt.

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Everything! Nicolas the director/manager is an amazing host and made us both feel welcome and special throughout our stay He smells good, looks good, has sexy voice and dresses smart, plus he's cool with everyone

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. The property was amazing. All of the staff was fabulous. The room was comfortable and clean and all of the wonderful seating areas inside and out made it extra special. The breakfast was delicious every morning with lots and lots of choices. We found the spa area really lovely and the location perfect. We will definitely return and highly recommend it

One of the best hotels I have visited with excellent service, cuisine, accommodation and spa, in walking distance to the beach, dunes and forest, the historical town of Alcudia, a natural reserve and a small mountain. An excellent massage service would render you stay even better. A taxi takes you to the hotel from the airport in less then an hour crossing the picturesque Mallorcan landscape.

Guests can relax in the hydromassage pool, Turkish bath, sauna, hot tub, ice tub and aromatic showers at the adults-only Garbi spa. There is also a modern fitness centre, and a stylishly lit relaxation area with tea corner. Verry confortable and clean room, good food, in front of the beach with a great view.

All rooms include free access to the on-site spa, with hot tub, sauna and hammam. This was our first time here, and we loved it all! The staff was amazing, the food was really good and had a lot of variety, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. We are very thankful to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable! Thank you!
