We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

The hotel is looking modern and luxury. Receptionists are very kind and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. We got more than we expected.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). A very beautiful hotel in the best location. The views from the different parts of the hotel are spectacular!

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Just an amazing value for money. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms/studios were planty big and view from our balcony was out of this world. Breakfast options were huge, food was very good. Pool area and the pool it self very clean. There is also a table tennis/billiards in the pool area. Gym also.

The hotel has a Spa & Wellness area with indoor pool with jets, sauna, ice fountain and massage cabin. The people were amazingly kind. The views were amazing. The front staff was very helpful and treated me with respect and kindness

There is also a modern fitness centre, and a stylishly lit relaxation area with tea corner. everything was just so good. food, drinks service. rooms were lovely and clean.

Very good location for those who want peace and relaxation, close to the airport. Excellent beach, promenade full of restaurants for all tastes, but also wild rocky area nearby. Shops and restaurants right next to the hotel. You can reach Palma de Mallorca in 10-15 minutes by bus 25, the station is 5 minutes walk away. Also by bus 25 you can reach Intermodal - Placa Espana, from where you can reach Port de Soller or other wonderful places on the island by train or bus. Modern hotel, with generous lobby, restaurant and bar, sensational pool, very friendly staff. Very well equipped room, comfortable beds, minibar. Upon arrival you are greeted with water, olive oil and crisps. Also a handwritten welcome message from the O.P. manager Margherita Petito, very impressive. An unforgettable experience, 4-star amenities, excellent value for money.
