What I loved: - Upgraded Room: we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a king room with a breathtaking sea view instead of the standard pool view I booked. - Exceptional Staff: Mustafa at the reception was incredibly helpful and cheerful—his positive attitude set the tone for our stay. - Delicious Food: The food was delicious, and we appreciated that hot drinks were still available in the evening at the buffet. - Great Vibes: The atmosphere around the pool was fantastic, and we loved that there was an adults-only pool right in front of the beach. - Beautiful Beach Access: The pier where you can walk and swim in the sea was amazing—the water was absolutely remarkable! - Elegant Design: The seating areas and landscape were well-maintained and added to the relaxing ambiance. - Professional Staff: All the staff were friendly, well-dressed, helpful, and clearly talented at their jobs.

Highly elegant decoration .. all home appliances are available .. ground floor with a garden .. right in front of the pools .. 5 minutes walk to the beach .. beach has a small decent snorkeling spot which is rare at Sokhna (about 100m north west of the pier) .. host is super decent and helpful .. it’s a perfect place especially if you used to hotels and expect a high quality place, you won’t feel huge differences ..

It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our family of six. The location was great, just a short 5 minute walk to the supermarket and with a convenient shuttle service to the beach. The host Mr Mahmoud was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond and accommodating. He even allowed us to stay past the checkout time while we waited for our delayed driver, which we really appreciated.
