A special mention to Valeria, our guest relations manager, who went above and beyond to attend to all our requests and needs with such warmth and professionalism. Her exceptional service made our experience even more memorable. The food at all the restaurants was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the convenience of the shuttle service between the Rixos resorts, which allowed us to explore different restaurants and enjoy even more culinary delights.
