The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, particularly Lamia, the owner who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The local staff Khaled, Domom, Mohamed were very kind, generous and attentive. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was a delightful with fresh local ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the traditional siwan tea. The morning meal was served in a peaceful setting within a big dom, quite the place. The location of the ecolodge provided a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. I totally recommend, and definitely will love to visit again.
