Our experience at Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam was excellent from start to finish. The level of service exceeded all expectations. Beautiful, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, terraces, and, most importantly, separate bathrooms with good doors (not glass), wonderful pools, very clean, bar staff and poolside staff do everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Delicious and varied food and desserts, lots of fresh fruit, and absolutely delicious smoothies made from mango, strawberry, and agave. They were magnificent. A very good gym, it has everything you need for a quality workout. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. And would love to visit this hotel again.

We had a truly amazing stay at Jaz Elite Riviera. The hotel is absolutely beautiful-modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. Our swim-up room was the highlight: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing right outside our door. The atmosphere of the entire hotel was calm and elegant, and the staff were consistently helpful, kind, and professional-always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the restaurant by the pool-it became our go-to place each day. The food, the setting, and the service there made every meal feel special. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we’ve had. We felt truly taken care of and would come back without hesitation. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome! In reception Mustafa Othman gave us all the information we needed, placed us in a beautiful room with pool and sea view and helped us reserve a table at the a la carte shellfish restaurant! We were made to feel like VIPs from the first moment! Mohamed Adel made us two first class lattes while we waited for our room to be prepared and for the driver to take us in the buggy. The room was superb and very spacious! With a beautiful terrace and during our stay the cleaner checked on us and brought fresh fruit during the day. The reef you can swim along from the pier was stunning and we had the great fortune to swim with a turtle here! The food and restaurants are first class and when I asked in soprano restaurant one morning if they could prepare a special birthday table for my wife it was no problem even with the late notice. Ahmed Wifky sorted it out for me in only 10 minutes and I was able to surprise my wife. Thank you!! The aqua park was fantastic for the kids, as well as the evening dance show! We were very sad to leave this resort but when we needed to meet the gobus to Cairo Ahmed Bakaran went out of his way to ring the bus company and ensure everything went smoothly for us!we really felt like VIPs!! I highly recommend this resort!!

Exceptional Experience – A Perfect Couples’ Getaway! Our stay at this resort in Egypt was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in every possible way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the drinks were top-notch, thanks to the amazing bartenders. The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, clean, and offering breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Mohamed salim from reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Also, a huge thank you to Taha, the barman, who made our evenings even better with his amazing cocktails and friendly attitude. I used to go to this resort every year as a child and now I came back after 15 years. It's still amazing. The coral reef is still beautiful and the food has even become better. I can highly recommend this hotel because the price value experience is amazing.
