It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

The resort itself is beautiful with modern, nice and cozy rooms, many different pools and a nice beach with direct access to a reef. The food is very good and diverse, especially when it comes to the international restaurant. You have several bar options and a rather small but nice equipped fitness center. The overall experience was very much impacted by the fantastic staff. Some of them who even know your name after some days and who gave me the feeling of being home. I am very happy that I found this place and was able to stay there. Thanks a lot and hopefully see you soon again!

The hotel is amazing from all aspects, staff are helpful beyond measures, even the room service guy, Awad, he made sure we aren't missing anything. The food was very good, everything was tasty and brilliant. Everyone made sure we enjoyed our stay.

The resort is vast, modern, and very well maintained. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating, with a special mention to Mr. Ahmed Elsehemy from the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, and well-equipped with all the amenities a family needs. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The resort’s pools and water slides were a highlight for our family. The children also had a lot of fun at the VR arcade (included!). There is a wide variety of food options catering to different tastes. We wish we would have stayed longer. We highly recommend it to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We would love to return!

A huge thank you to Mr. Hosny, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. His warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a real difference.
