My stay was exceptional and beyond expectations. The staff were very attentive and cheerful 24/7! The room was spacious and spotless and the food options including the a la carte restaurants were excellent. The entertainment team also were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. The facilities overall the resort were great and well maintained.

A wonderful stay experience, everything is excellent, the reception is wonderful, especially Mr. Mohamed Kamal, the hotel is beautiful, the restaurants, food and bars are many and varied, the aqua park, swimming pools and beach are wonderful, a wonderful place and excellent service, and God willing, I will come back again soon. Expérience en famille – Test d’hôtel Our arrival at the hotel immediately set the tone: a quick, professional check-in with a warm welcome. A small but much-appreciated gesture: a welcome drink served with a delicate macaron that delighted the whole family. The staff kindly invited us to enjoy breakfast while our rooms were being prepared — a smooth early check-in that allowed us to start our stay on the right foot. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. The selection isn’t enormous, but it’s intentional: every product is fresh, high-quality, well presented, and frequently replenished. At a time when people value quality over quantity, this was exactly what we were looking for. Then, a wonderful surprise: we were upgraded to a swim-up room. Sheer joy on little Henri’s face (and on ours too, to be honest!). The room lived up to the great first impression: spotless, well laid-out, clean, and welcoming. Another lovely detail: the gentleman in charge of housekeeping personally introduced himself and assured us we could reach out to him for anything we needed. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Of course, we couldn’t resist a dip in the private pool. Henri jumped right in, and that first moment together in the water was simply perfect. Later on, we walked down a few steps to discover a peaceful little bar beside the adults-only pool — a quiet haven to relax for a while. There, Khalid prepared delicious cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). He even made a special effort for Henri, which truly touched us. Thank you, Khalid! For lunch, we headed to the à la carte Basilico restaurant. The beginning felt a bit off: the ambiance was cooler than the rest of the hotel, and the order taking was a bit confused (dishes before drinks?). We briefly wondered if staff roles were properly coordinated. But quickly, the service picked up pace and warmth. The team stepped in with more flow and friendliness.

Amazing experience in Utopia , I really want to come back. Clean rooms, always smiling staff, good food. Personnel was great, from Nasser at the lobby. Our waiter Salah Mohammed and also the cleaning done by Salah!!! Team of all waiters at the bar were also always very kind. A super plus is also when you don't want the animation you can always go to the chill-zone to pass your stay peacefully...staring at the beauty from the Red Sea.

Goodmorning, We’re having a great time here, everything is absolutely stunning! Amazing beach and pool! The staff is kind and polite, food is delicious! It’s such a pity that tomorrow we have to leave… I’m going to write a nice review on trip advisor as soon as i’m back home and suggest my friends to come and visit this wonderful resort! Food was really tasty and the taste was really close to europe cuisine. The whole concept is really beautiful and well organized. Mr. Hamid front office employee was available for us 24/7 with really kind and proffesional approach. There was also Slovenian speaking Ms. Laura, she was amazing, helpful and available for us 24/7. I was In more than 100 hotels already and Casa Mare Resort is one of those hotels which I would definitely recommend.

The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were spotless and provided all the amenities I needed for a great stay.
