During our stay we needed a medicine and we were provided with one from the doctor in the clinic placed at the hotel. The time we checked-out we were also provided with a room to take a shower in. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and kind and make us feel like at home. Both food at the main restaurant and drinks at the bars were high quality and tasty.

The staff were so polite helpful and friendly. Special mention for waiter Mahmud and all animation team- Shagy, Zain, and especially Rose-Ruza... All place is magical and with some special charm. Pool boys were amazing- we felt so secure about our kids. Cant wait to come back.

Built in traditional Nubian style, this relaxed resort instantly makes you feel at peace. Muhammad received us warmly and helped us with the check-in procedures smoothly. He gave us a welcome drink. The room was quiet as we requested, and the place is environmentally friendly. I liked that no plastic water bottles were used, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room contained all the comfort requirements of bathroom slippers, a robe, and towels. Clean, the decor is warm and beautiful, the windows are decorated with beautiful patterns, the breakfast was more than wonderful, varied and fresh. I loved the beans, falafel, fresh juice and the gluten-free pastry corner. The staff was very friendly, the beach was beautiful and the coral reefs and fish were very beautiful and easy to reach with the sandy beach. And the chocolate fountain was nice
